• Contact potential or existing patients using predefined scripts to inform them about our services.
• Respond to patient inquiries and address their questions about the service we offer at Fayth Clinic.
• Engage in conversations with customers to understand their requirements and effectively book appointments.
• Enter and update patient information accurately in the database.
• Follow up with Patients with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Maintain records of calls, appointments, and patient information.
Requirements and Skills:
• Proven experience as a Telesales representative or in a similar sales/patient service role.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
• Ability to quickly learn about our services and effectively communicate the features and benefits to potential patients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to remain calm and composed even when faced with rejection.
• Exceptional negotiation skills to address patients' concerns and resolve issues.
• Salary: INR 20,000/month
