Job Title: Telecalling Executive
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Telecalling Executive to join our NGO in making a positive impact on our community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for raising awareness about our organization's mission and generating support.
Key Responsibilities:
Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls daily to potential donors and supporters.
Provide clear and informative information about our NGO's work and initiatives.
Build rapport with potential donors and cultivate relationships.
Record and update donor information in our database.
Achieve and exceed monthly fundraising targets.
Contribute to the development and implementation of effective calling scripts.
Adhere to the NGO's policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening and persuasion abilities.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for the NGO's mission and a desire to make a difference.
Freshers with a strong desire to contribute to a cause are encouraged to apply.
