Age – 20 to 30
Education – Minimum HS pass
Duty hours – 10:30 am – 7:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Salary – 8 K to 15 K
Job Description –
•Place phone calls to potential clients
•Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
•Answer potential client’s questions
•Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
•Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
•Work with team members on the call floor to meet sales and performance goals
•Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ingoing calls as well as follow up information and clients
•Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly sales goals
•Accurately document the customer’s personal information including phone number, address and other order information
•Follow prepared sales script to provide accurate information about features and benefits
Job Location – Serampore, Hooghly
