Telecalling Executive (Marathi and Gujarati)
Location: Kurla West, Mumbai

Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in Marathi and Gujarati.
Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Sales and Marketing:
Promote products and services to potential customers.
Generate leads and follow up on prospects.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Customer Support:
Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and other related services.
Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring a high quality of service.
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Record Maintenance:
Document all call information accurately and timely.
Update customer databases regularly.
Prepare and submit daily call reports.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to strategize on customer acquisition and retention.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in Marathi and Gujarati.
Good command over English and Hindi (preferred).
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening skills with attention to detail.
Experience:
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Technical Skills:
Basic computer knowledge.
Familiarity with CRM systems and telecalling software.
Personal Attributes:
