Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and personable Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, including architects, builders, and MEP consultants, to introduce our heat pump water heater solutions and schedule appointments for further discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients, including big architects, builders, and MEP consultants.
Provide detailed information about our heat pump water heater solutions.
Engage with clients, answering their queries and addressing concerns professionally.
Maintain and update records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Schedule meetings for the sales team with interested clients.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to achieving sales goals.
Collect feedback from interactions to enhance customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience in telecalling, particularly in dealing with B2B clients like architects, builders, or consultants, is advantageous.
Strong communication skills in [Language(s) required].
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a positive attitude.
Organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Basic proficiency in CRM software and other office tools.
Professional and courteous telephone manner.
