About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle calls for pre-sales related to inquiries, guide them with queries & efficient follow-ups to customers & maintaining high service standards
2. Educate customers & book appointments
3. Proactively follow up with leads generated
4. Coordinate with the business development team for all the clients about appointments to ensure maximum lead
5. Follow quality parameters set by the organization
6. Maintain an accurate database of the call record & present the same on a timely basis
