Role: HR Recruiter (telecalling) — Remote / Work From Home

Openings for both part-time and full-time.

Pay: fixed monthly salary with performance incentives (see salary fields).

Payouts to bank account as per company payroll.

Responsibilities

• Call and screen candidates using company data

• Explain role details, schedule interviews, update daily reports

• Coordinate with the hiring team on shortlisted profiles

Requirements

• Smartphone and stable internet

• Good Hindi and English speaking skills

• Basic spreadsheets and consistent follow-ups
