Key Responsibilities

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, English, and Hindi (both spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with data entry and CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly to resolve issues.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time efficiently.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Experience
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
