Who can apply
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 27th Sep'22 and 1st Nov'22
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Ahmedabad
5. have relevant skills and interests
Responsibilities include:
1. Making calls and explaining services offered by the company
2. Providing basic and accurate information in- person and via phone/email
3. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
4. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
5. Working on entry of every incoming call
6. Transfering the generated lead to authorized person
7. Adding lead into CRM
8. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis
+. Working on lead generation and product presentation
10. Creating maximum Walk-Ins by calling prospective customer and attract them to reach our office
11. Calling students for education loans and giving detailed information
12. Calling coaching classes to make sub-agents and prepare the database for the same
