About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Enrolling students for courses offered by the institute
2. Handling inbound and outbound calls and following up on inquiry and database
3. Understanding student requirements and guiding the student to the right program fitting his/her requirement
4. Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, structure, course details
5. Ensuring proper servicing is done for the students enrolled and post-sales follow-up
6. Assisting existing students to complete their courses and guiding them to elevate to the next level
7. Tracking the response/feedback from our students on a real-time basis
