Job Description
We are looking for a Female Telecaller for one of our Jaipur-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize various sources to identify and research potential customers, businesses, or individuals who may have an interest in the company's products or services.
• Initiate outbound calls to prospects to introduce the company's offerings, identify their needs, and establish rapport.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the company's products or services to potential customers highlighting how they can meet their specific needs.
• Nurture relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups, emails, and phone calls, keeping them engaged and interested in the company's offerings.
• Understand the requirements and pain points of potential customers, gathering relevant information to tailor sales pitches and provide appropriate solutions.
• Address any concerns or objections raised by prospects, providing relevant information and positioning the company's offerings as the best solution.
• Work towards converting qualified leads into actual sales, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects and customers in the company's CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, and provide feedback to the sales team and management.
• Collaborate with other sales team members, marketing, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience and foster a team-oriented sales approach.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Telecaller or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Persuasive and confident demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
• Persistent and result-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales-related tools.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using productivity tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
