Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Tele-Collection Team Leader with a background in banking or NBFC. The Tele-Collection Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of Tele-Collection Executives, ensuring all collections-related activities including follow-ups, initiated by executives, are carried out effectively. They will have to guide and motivate their team to achieve collection targets, prepare daily productivity reports, assist the executives to resolve issues, and liaise with other departments to ensure optimal customer experience.
