Role & responsibilities
1. To receive calls for enquiries, appointment, internal or external call transfer, Emergency, complaints or suggestions.
2. To give, cancel or reschedule appointment and to do entry for the same in EMR (Software).
3. To inform OPD staff about the appointments, cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
4. To call back for enquiries and to turn up the patient into IP or OP for further treatment.
