Telecom QA Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom QA / OSS-BSS Test Engineer with strong expertise in OSS, Inventory, NMS/EMS systems, network layers, and end-to-end testing of telecom platforms.
• Perform end-to-end testing across Telecom OSS/BSS, Inventory, and NMS/EMS systems.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and workflows aligned with business and technical requirements.
The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on knowledge of UI testing, REST APIs micro services database validation strong debugging skills experience working with leading telecom platforms such as Ericsson OSS Metasolv NetCracker Cramer is preferred This role requires strong problem-solving ability logical thinking excellent programming capability in testing environments Key Responsibilities Conduct UI User Interface testing for web-based telecom applications Validate REST APIs using Postman similar tools perform API-level regression Work closely system flows Network Layers L1L2L3 telecom provisioning systems Perform defect management JIRA tracking logging reporting driving closure development teams Collaborate cross-functional teams Dev Architecture Product ensure feature completeness quality Troubleshoot debug issues UI API backend layers Ensure ecosystem validation multiple OSSBSSNMS platforms integrations Required Technical Skills Telecom & OSNBSS Domains Testing & QA Skills Technical Tools Platforms Soft Skills We prefer candidates who can work independently minimal supervision possess excellent communication documentation skills who enjoy collaborating fast-paced telecom environment seek continuous improvement skillset remain updated latest technologies
