Essential Skills:· Graduate in any field, with 10+ years of experience in Contact center/outsourcing industry.· Voice-related certification required (Genesys)Strong experience with PBX / ACD / IVR / CTI technologies· Be on rotational on-call weekdays, weekends & holidays, Work night shifts, as needed.
