Full job description

NDS Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Telecommunications Technician to join our team. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunication systems and equipment to ensure reliable connectivity and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, test, and maintain telecommunications systems, including cabling, fibre, and network hardware.

Diagnose and repair faults in telecommunications equipment and infrastructure.

Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Provide technical support and assistance to clients and colleagues.

Keep accurate records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Telecommunications Technician or in a similar role.

Knowledge of telecommunications systems, fibre optics, cabling, and related equipment.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications (Preferred):

Relevant trade qualification or certification in telecommunications/electrical.

Full driver’s licence.

What We Offer:

Competitive pay rate of $30–$40 per hour.

30 – 45 hours per week (minimum guaranteed 30 hours)
