Job Description
Attend to an inbound call and provide them the required information about the process and ensure to convert the prospect to an opportunity (Pledges/ Follow ups/ Closures)
Manage all Donor data and summarize to present to supervisors.
Maintaining the database of the donors on a regular basis.
Contacting existing Donors as well as prospective Donors using scripts.
Obtaining donor information and other relevant data.
Suggesting solutions based on donor’s needs and requirements.
