Keep records of calls & inquiries and note useful information.
Self-motivated, willing to take initiatives and learn.
The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances
Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of products and services.
Telecaller Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.
Computer literate.
Superb verbal communication.
Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
