Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.
- Present and promote products or services to potential customers.
- Follow scripts and communicate product features and benefits effectively.
- Identify customer needs and overcome objections to generate sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
