Excellent comms in both English and Hindi - grammatical or pronunciation errors, Candidate voice and accent should be clear while speaking Hindi/English& Kannada ( mandatory).

Fresher / 1 year of experience from Bpo or any Customer Support (Preferred

Day for females till +pm/ Rotational for males

Roles and Responsibilities :
To resolve issues and queries of customers on calls. Excellent communication skills. Should have good knowledge about MS excel. Good Convincing skills & sales through call.
