Job Purpose: To fix the appointments with prospective customers and also to ensure that they are Met by the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

To fix up appointments with prospective customers
B
Ensure that maximum number of appointments should be made for a month
C
Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales
D
Maximum number of Sales through the appointments made.
D
Weekly / Monthly MIS should be reported to the Telemarketing Supervisor.

Candidate Profile
Minimum experience of 1+ years in Telemarketing / Telesales or Outbound voice process
Good Communication is a must.
