Remote Telemarketing Opportunity - Casual/Temporary Position
Outbound telephone marketing based lead generation and appointment setting casual/part-time positions available. The rate is $32.31 per hour plus 12% super, some campaigns may also have a bonus structure.
The role will require following a script, introducing a company's service to prospective clients, asking a few qualifying questions, cover objections and closing for an appointment, or sales meeting on behalf of our client.
All training will be provided. You will need to capture the relevant details and log these in an online software system called a CRM.
This is a working remotely opportunity. You will need the following to be successful in this role:
You will need a PC/Laptop with a Linux (Ubuntu or Debian will work) or Windows operating system, our software will not work with Mac. You need a minimum of 4GB of ram.
A quite professional home environment - meaning the phone calls need to sound like you are calling from a corporate office. i.e. no noisy flatmates, kids or barking dogs.
Headset - you need a call center usb headset. If you have noise issues, you will need a noise cancelling headset. If you don't have one, we can recommend one, a noise cancelling headset will retail at approximately $80.
You will need a home office setup - computer/laptop, keyboard, mouse, desk and chair.
Internet - you will need a minimum of 10 mbps upload and download speed, additionally ideally you will have an ethernet/cable connection to your laptop or desktop, we find that Wi-Fi can have drop out issues.
Days Per Week: 2.5 days required to start, with an opportunity to build to 5 days per week.
The role would require 2.5 days per week during business hours, usually two full days and a half day, however some other combination could be considered such as three half days and a full day, evening shifts are also available from time to time.
We usually start our new call agents at 2.5 days per week, with the option to work up to 5 days per week.
Many of our staff have been with us for over 5 years, and we’d love for you to stick around and be part of our team, long-term too.
Requirements are as follows:
We are looking for candidates with outbound calling experience, this could be for one of the following: charity calls, lead generation or appointment setting or sales calls.
If you have some level of sales experience in business development, either via phone or face to face where you’ve been selling business to business, that would be seen as an advantage. For our calls we are only calling B2B not B2C.
You will need to be an Australian resident or have a valid work visa.
You must have a professional tone and good articulate communication skills.
A great command of the English language, and an easily understood accent.
You will need intermediate computer skills in terms of experience using CRM’s to log calls as well as typing speed of 20 to 40 words per minute.
