Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecalling / Sales Assistant to join our team at our BKC office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, assisting in sales activities, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer databases
• Assist the sales team in closing deals and achieving targets
• Maintain daily call records and sales reports
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
• Ability to work on-site at BKC
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage (freshers can apply)
