Role Description:

 Support and integrate telematics systems into our solutions, ensuring seamless communication between hardware and software components.

 Support and implement telematics solutions for vehicle tracking, monitoring, diagnostics, and performance analysis.

 Analyse telematics data to provide insights into vehicle performance, driver behavior, and overall fleet efficiency.

 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to telematics hardware and software, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.

 Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including software developers, data analysts, and product managers to enhance telematics features and capabilities.

 Coordinate and support internal and external stakeholders for hardware and software development.

 Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in telematics technology and the EV sector.

 Provide technical support and training to internal teams and external partners on telematics systems and solutions.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

 Bachelors/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science, or a related field.

 3+ years of experience in telematics engineering, preferably within the electric vehicle sector.

 Proficiency in telematics systems, including GPS, GSM, CAN, and OBD-II technologies.

 Strong understanding of telematics data analysis and visualization tools.

 Experience with telematics software platforms and cloud-based solutions.

 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Strong communication and collaboration skills.
