Job Title: B2B Lead Generation Executive (LinkedIn Outreach & Email Marketing)
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 4 hours per day
Compensation: ₹8,000/month
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented B2B Lead Generation Executive to support our sales and marketing efforts through LinkedIn outreach and email marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in generating high-quality leads in the B2B space and be comfortable using tools for automation and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential B2B leads on LinkedIn based on target industry, geography, and company size.
Connect and engage with prospects through personalized LinkedIn messages.
Draft and send outreach emails using email marketing platforms.
Manage and maintain lead data in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
Follow up with leads and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
Work closely with the sales/marketing team to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
Track and report on outreach performance and optimize campaigns for better conversion.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in B2B lead generation (preferably via LinkedIn and email).
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
Experience with email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
Strong written English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
