Job description
What you’ll do
Teleperformance is hiring for Assistant Manager-Operation (Inbound Process)
Location : Jaipur
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to SLAs
To be updated and hands on with the process at all times
Work closely with the reporting manager to achieve Quantitative and Qualitative targets specified by the Business Head
Ensure Change Control Procedure is communicated to the TLs & is being implemented.
Address administrative issues arising out of day-to-day working
Measure performance of the team for e.g. performance appraisals, confirmation and ongoing feedback and training.
Maintaining/ creating, updating and circulating reports as per defined frequency.
Conducting appraisals for the team and reviewing the same for advisors
Conducting reviews and product test for TLs and CSAs
Create and implement policies in lines with process requirements and ensure compliance
Prepare review presentations and present reviews to the leadership as per defined frequencies
Conduct root cause analysis, prepare and implement action plans to ensure business metrics are met at all times.
Ensure that adequate number of allocated manpower is available at all times and coordinate with recruitment team to ensure the same
Accountable for Shrinkage and attrition
Must be from BPO background and have experience mainly in Inbound voice (Customer Service)
Having prior experience in maintaining client relations in a call center
Worked in voice process
Proficiency in MS Office
High level awareness of call center technology requirements
Knowledge of analytical tools and implementation
Immediate to15 days joiners required.
