We are seeking a professional and courteous Phone Operator to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
Provide accurate information about company services and operations
Transfer calls to appropriate departments or personnel efficiently
Take detailed messages when necessary and ensure timely delivery
Follow established protocols for handling sensitive or confidential information
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred but not required
Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using standard office equipment such as phones, computers, and basic software applications
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus
