Job Description
Providing the information about the OPD & hospital services on phone.
Scheduling the appointments for services & consultation.
Registration of the patient
OPD billing for service voucher, consultation voucher & procedure voucher's
Handling TPA queries
Handling grievances' related to billing.
Cancellations & Rescheduling of appointments for consultation & services
Maintaining the leave register of consultants & information about the locum doctor available.
Giving the information to the patient about the pre investigation steps to be followed e.g. drink water, empty stomach, overnight fasting etc.
Guiding the patient to the customer care executive for personalized care & assistance if required
Informing the patient about the time of report delivery & Location to collect the report
Handing over the feedback to the patient/relative
Co-ordinating Reporting to the Operations Manager
Providing the information regarding the tari structure along with the General instructions to the patient
Maintaining the record of vouchers, registration forms and other documents.
Co-ordinating with the vendors .i.e. : Pathology services , pharmacy
Co-ordinating with the dierent physiotherapists and ensuring patient record maintenance
Keeping track of any major complaints
Giving special attention to V.I.P patients & ensure that all their formalities are completed without any delay and as per any specific instructions (if given) from Higher Authorities.
Any other task allotted by Operations Manager from time to time.
