Looking for an entry level position to start your career journey with Four Seasons? We have an exciting opportunity to join our reservations team as a Telephone Operator where you will be the voice of the hotel. You will be responsible for answering and connecting internal and external calls. This will provide you with a great path to become a Reservations Agent.
About you:
You have the gift of the gab and excellent communication skills
You must be passionate about providing the most memorable guest experience a Hotel can offer
Be able to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in a fast paced environment.
Excellent time management skills
The ability to work a rotating roster with evening and weekend availability
Experience working with the Opera system is an advantage
