Good Veda is seeking a motivated and dynamic Ayurveda Medicine Telesales Executive to join our team in Noida Sector 63. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and a knack for sales, contributing to our mission of promoting holistic health through Ayurveda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Educate customers about our Ayurveda products and their benefits.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential leads to convert them into loyal customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any queries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (minimum 6 months) in telesales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively articulate product benefits and handle objections.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A keen interest in Ayurveda and holistic health products is a plus.
- High level of motivation and a results-driven approach.
- Graduate degree from a recognized university.
