Orahimn Financex is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Telecaller to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit cards and loan products to potential customers through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote credit cards and loan products
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales
Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly to customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up with interested prospects and close sales efficiently
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or financial products is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & basic English required)
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools is a plus)
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
