The Basic Responsibilities are:
Prospecting and lead generation: Identifying potential customers, contractors, and clients who may require construction services or products.
Building relationships: Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.
Product and service knowledge: Developing a comprehensive understanding of the construction company's products, services, and capabilities.
Consultative selling: Actively listening to customer requirements, concerns, and objectives.
Sales negotiations: Engaging in negotiations with clients, contractors, or purchasing departments to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Customer service and support: Providing ongoing support to customers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the sales process or after the project is completed.
Collaboration with internal teams: Coordinating with other departments within the construction company, such as project managers, engineers, and production teams, to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
