Job Description: Job Title: Telesales Agent Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai Salary: ₹15,000 (in-hand) for fresher, up to ₹25,000 for experienced candidates based on interview performance Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated International BPO Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving international sales and promoting products i,e Broadband/Wifi accessories to a global audience. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to given database of potential international customers to present and promote products. Identify and understand customer needs, and provide product information and solutions. Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate its benefits to customers. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills in fluent English. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales. Ability to work effectively in a night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM). Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
