We are looking for an experience Telemarketing agent who have experience in B2B or B2C sales campaigns for Australian Process . Details are mentioned for eligibility:
Role and responsibilities include:
· Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
· Answering questions about products or the company
· Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Enter and update customer information in the database
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements and skills:
· Proven experience as telesales representative of minimum two years or other sales/customer service role in B2B or B2Ccampaigns.
· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
· Must be graduate or pursuing graduation.
· Good knowledge of relevant computer skills and programs (e.g.CRM software) and telephone systems.
· Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
· Excellent knowledge of English.
Ability to articulate product/service offerings effectively.
Persistent and resilient attitude to handle rejection and keep moving forward.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,+70.8+ per month
