We are looking for Motivated and Experienced Tele sales Specialist who are looking to join a Call Center Company (Financial / FMCG Call Center) in #Lucknow with an unrivalled reputation for excellence.
You should be very passionate, hard-working and can adapt to any given situation to ensure SUCCESS and HUGE financial reward.
Responsibilities:
• Primary focus is to convince clients in the Middle East to use our Product (Financial / FMCG)
• Source and Promote products through private meetings, events and networking.
• Deal with lead enquiries in UAE to call and convert them into Hot Leads.
• Managing new and existing leads and update activities in our software regularly.
• Delight customers with exceptional service and professional advisory
• Offer support and assistance to the wider team
• Ensure clean and healthy sourcing without resorting to quick-fix measures and fraudulent practices that may affect performance of the portfolio
• Daily Checking of submissions to manage better approval rates.
Not Only Sales Agent , But Position for Team Leader Also Required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Min. 2 year of proven experience in a tele-sales role within a bank Preferable.
• Fluent English
• Graduate and above preferred in any stream.
• Very strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Target Oriented.
• Courteous with strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Strong negotiation skills required.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbally.
• Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly.
• Presentable with a positive, proactive and professional approach.
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment.
• Results driven, enthusiastic, attention to detail and dependable.
• Open to work 5 days a week , 10am - 6pm.
Pay Out:
Basic Salary - INR 15,000 - 30,000. Depending on Experience and tasks assigned.
Incentives/Commissions - INR 5,500 Per Card (No Cap).
Complimentary Laptop - Post Probabation Period.
