Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Telesales Executives to join our solar sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls, explaining solar power plant, and closing sales using company-provided leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries related to solar power plant installation
Explain company products, pricing, and benefits to customers
Follow up on company-provided leads
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain customer data and call records
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth closure
Build strong customer relationships
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Minimum 1 year in telesales / telecalling / sales
Education: Graduate (Minimum)
Languages: Hindi & English (Preferred)
Age: 18 years and above
Gender: Any
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: Depends on interview & experience

Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
