Expected qualification: Engineering Graduates, B-Sc. (physics, Maths ) for the exciting career in B2B Sales - IT enable technology for manufacturing.
Key Skill: This involve consultive engagement and creating great value for the customer. The candidate must have good written communication, conversation, and analytical skill. The candidate must have his business laptop and smartphone and own vehicle 2 wheeler /4 wheeler. The company will pay the conveyance as per the policy.
Activity: It is a field sales job that needs to handle high-end technology products and discussions with the C- level Management engagement.
Training & Mentoring: We will provide the necessary training and mentoring as a going process that will lead to achieving higher goals and satisfaction.
Remuneration: The remuneration will be as per industry standards. Remuneration will have 70% fixed and 30% on KRA. Incentives will be extra without any upper cap.
