Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Contact Potential and existing customers to inform them about the product/offers or services via email, phone and texts etc.
Handle customer’s calls (in-bound and outbound) and answer questions about the product.
Ask questions to understand customer’s requirements and close sales.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calls, networking and social media etc.
Leads Conversion.
Responsible for handling customer inquiries, questions and complaints.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Participation in sales team meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as a telesales executive or relevant role.
Good communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS-office and hands on experience with CRM software is a plus.
Good understanding of marketing.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Education Qualification: Min- Graduation
Person should be a resident of New Delhi (Preference: West Delhi or nearby).
Package based on candidates skills and experience.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
