Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to Indian customers with an objective of describing the various products and packages and convincing them to subscribe to their services.Meet operational KPIs which have been assigned by the Senior ManagementAssist supervisors with daily reporting and meeting their SLA’s and team targets.Mentoring the new joinees and grooming them.Must be 18+
