Job Description
The function of the Inside Sales Representative is to provide direct support to the Sales Managers in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the department is able to meet its growth targets.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsUnderstand customer needs and requirementsProspect and build a sales pipeline for the Outside Sales Managers via outbound calling, email Communications and other direct marketing methods.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly phone and email communication goals in accordance with
Strategic plan, developed by the Director of inside Sales
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closureClose sales and achieve quarterly quotasResearch accounts, identify key players and generate interestMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territoryAct as a bridge between Marketing and Sales. Be cognizant of each marketing initiative, and work toward corporate objectivesAny graduates ; however, focus will be on experience & skills mainlyIT related qualification will be an advantageExperience of 0- 2 years in IT consulting / other strategic consulting practicesProven inside sales experienceTrack record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per dayProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsAbility to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectivelyResult-oriented with the aspiration &ambition to learn and excelProficiency in the use of MS Office suiteWell groomed and business like appearance at all timesStrong analytical skills and understanding of corporate planningManage multiple tasks
