Key Responsibilities of Sales Tele Callers
· On time reaching out of digital marketing leads , leads sent through WhatsApp , google my business , Ecom etc.
· Generating leads segment wise – iPhone, iMac, iPad & iWatch
· Handling both inbound and outbound class
· Be customer-centric
· Obtaining customer information and other relevant data in reaching out the customer easily
· Asking few basic questions to the customer to understand their requirements
· Explaining about the current offers and validity of the offers / discounts
· Taking and passing the leads to the respective store managers as per the customer geography
· Maintaining the database of each and every customers
· Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers for conversion as and when required
This Job Position reports to Cluster Manager
Key Competencies of Tele caller
· Prior experience as a tele caller or similar.
· Computer literate.
· Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
· Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
· Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
· Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
· Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
· Hard-working individual.
· Good time management abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
