Contact existing customers and provide them support regarding their order tracking.
Calling customers for confirming orders received through our D2C Platforms.
Answer questions about products or the company Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
Constant monitoring of NDR and reducing RTOs significantly
Process orders in an accurate manner Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Keep records of calls and note useful information Requirements Proven experience as tele caller representative or other sales/customer service role.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Age should not be more than 25 Years. Note- This is not a sales & marketing job.
