Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
We are a luxury automobile dealership seeking a Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching luxury automobiles to customers who make inquiries online through different mediums, including phone, email, and live chat. The candidate must be fluent in English and possess a bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 6 months of prior experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming inquiries from potential customers through various mediums such as phone, email, and live chat
• Pitch and promote luxury automobiles to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of each vehicle
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service
• Provide customers with accurate information about pricing, financing options, and promotions
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product knowledge
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain customer records and update customer information in the company database
• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and to maintain long-term relationships
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 6 months of prior experience in a similar sales role
• Excellent communication skills with a fluency in English
• Ability to pitch and promote luxury automobiles to customers
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus
