Job Title :- Telesales Executive
Job Summary:
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through proactive outbound calling. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, engage potential customers, promote products or services, and secure sales opportunities over the phone. You will work closely with the sales team, utilizing excellent communication and persuasion skills to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers or clients with the aim of generating sales.
Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
Present and promote products or services to potential customers, explaining their features and benefits.
Build and maintain a customer database, accurately recording all relevant information.
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
