Designation : Tele sales officer
Qualification : 12th Pass / Diploma /Any Degree
Industry : Health Insurance
Process : Voice Process (Outbound)
Shift : General Shift (10.00 AM - 7.00 PM)
Eligibility : Minimum 0 to 4 year Experience
Salary : Rs.1+275/- Gross
Job Location: Chennai - Vadapalani
Language: Hindi,Telugu,Malayalam,and Kannada
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To achieve monthly targets.
2. Should be responsible for cross selling & up-selling
3. Resolve all the customer queries.
4. Give a good assistance for the customer about health insurance & make sales.
5. Maintain accurate record of all calls made and received.
6. Should be able to liaise with the appropriate department to resolve customer complaints.
7. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
