Summary:
The Telesales Representative is responsible for generating new leads and closing sales for our banking products and services. This position will work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify potential customers, and then make outbound calls to sell our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships with customers, and be motivated to achieve sales goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell banking products and services
· Qualify leads and identify opportunities
· Build relationships with customers and develop trust
· Close sales and meet or exceed sales goals
· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
· Stay up-to-date on banking products and services
· Attend training and development programs
Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
