This is a full-time on-site Telesales Executive role, located in Delhi . The Admission Telesales Executive will handle day-to-day tasks associated with generating leads in Admission of sudents, and sales support. The role will require excellent communication skills to ensure effective customer engagement.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service and support experience
• Lead generation experience, preferably in telesales
• Sales experience preferably in telesales
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset
• Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
