Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven female Telesales Executive to join our sales team in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, generating sales leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Outbound Sales Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote [your company's products/services].
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling, email, and other lead generation activities.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of [your company's products/services] and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Objections Handling: Address customer objections and concerns in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
