Job Description
Provide regular feedback and reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to the Sales Manager.
Process reservations accurately and efficiently using the resort’s booking system.
Ensure all bookings are confirmed and details are accurately communicated to customers.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues or concerns.
Proactively contact potential customers (leads provided or generated through research) via telephone to promote resort packages, rooms, dining options, and special promotions.
Persuasively communicate the benefits of staying at our resort, focusing on unique features, amenities, and experiences.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information on rates, availability, and services.
Follow up on leads and conduct regular follow-up calls to nurture customer relationships and secure reservations.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist in preparing sales contracts, proposals, and other documentation as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales/customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to convince and influence customers.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel).
Graduation is compulsory
