Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients over the phone, presenting our products or services, and securing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a knack for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sell products or services.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their benefits and value propositions to potential customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to potential clients who have shown interest but have not yet purchased.
Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve products, services, and sales strategies.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar sales role.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.Language:Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attitude: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
